We are seeking a Salesforce Automation Tester (QA) with approximately 2 years of hands-on testing experience to join our expanding Salesforce QA Support Team. You will play a critical role in validating the quality, performance, and reliability of Salesforce solutions we deliver—supporting both automated and manual testing efforts to ensure flawless user experiences for our clients. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about quality engineering, have a strong understanding of Salesforce applications, and enjoy building automated frameworks that ensure robust software delivery.

Responsibilities
Quality Assurance & Testing
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for Salesforce applications using tools like Selenium, Provar, or similar frameworks.
- Create, review, and execute detailed test cases — both automated and manual — covering functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Validate Salesforce configurations, custom objects, workflows, triggers, and automation rules to ensure they meet business requirements.
Collaboration & Agile Ceremonies
- Collaborate with developers, Salesforce admins, and business analysts to understand requirements and translate them into test scenarios.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) to align quality efforts with delivery goals.
Bug Tracking & Reporting
- Log, track, and manage defects using tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar.
- Communicate test results and quality metrics to stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement
- Support improvements to test frameworks and processes.
- Maintain test data and environments (sandbox, UAT orgs).
- Stay updated with Salesforce releases and adjust testing strategies accordingly.

Skills/Experience
- 2 years of experience in software testing with a focus on Salesforce applications.
- Hands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform.
- Knowledge of SDLC / STLC and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with API testing tools like Postman or SoapUI.
- Solid experience in writing and maintaining test cases (manual & automated).
- Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines (Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
